We delivery our products throughout the USA using United States Postal Service (USPS).

(We ship to all 50 states, all US territories, and all US military bases around the world.)
We currently do not deliver our products to International locations, however, if you would like to order products please send us an email (including items and quantity of items you would like to order) and we will evaluate your request and if accepted will email you a quotation (which will include item/shipping cost).
Shipping costs reflect USPS rates plus handling fees. Due to rising costs a minimal handling service charge is factored into the shipping cost.
Mytenda.com wants to ensure you get the lowest shipping rates possible, therefore, we send all our items via USPS Priority Mail.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Unless there is a problem with your order, most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 to 72 hours.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and (upon shipment) your order will usually reach you within 7-10 business days.
Please check your e-mail a few hours after ordering just in case there is a problem.
Because mytenda.com purchases products from various establishments within the C.N.M.I, the products listed in our catalog are subject to availability. In the event that mytenda.com is unable to fulfill an order based on product unavailability, a refund will be issued to the customer in the amount of the product backordered.
With the exception of a product received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. When purchasing products from an International location, mytenda.com customers are responsible for assuring that the products ordered from mytenda.com comply with customers Countries import regulations. Mytenda.com will not be responsible for any charges resulting from loss or damage of ordered products as a result of country import regulations not being followed by the customer. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Packages returned by the USPS to mytenda.com due to insufficient or incorrect address information (given by mytenda.com customer when order is placed) will not be refunded. Customers may request for the products to be re-sent to the correct address, however, customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping and handling charges. In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and/or a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the box until after having spoken or received an email response from one of our representatives. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of mytenda.com. All other claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.
